hibernaculum

Hibernaculum was an exhibition of the "Cave Diving" diorama series and the sculptural works "Writhe" and  "The Golden Age of Alpinism." All of the works combined geographical and biological forms, obscuring the boundaries between body and environment. The sculpture in the center of the gallery space, "The Golden Age of Alpinism," was created on site from a combination of cut paper and nearby found material (wood, foam, tubing, and fiberglass).
